  • Enter Details: Enter your 11-digit DITO Mobile Number to receive a one-time PIN (OTP) or scan your SIM ICCID. Click the Verify button to continue.
  • Verify OTP: Enter the OTP you received to verify your phone number and click the Abandon button.
  • Upload ID and Selfie: Take a photo of your official ID by clicking the Camera icon. Provide an ID that is clear and readable. Next upload a selfie making sure your face is visible with no shadows hats, or dark glasses. The photo should be clear and without filters.
  • Fill Out Personal Information: Complete the personal information form and click Continue. Make sure all details are correct and match your authorized ID.
  • Review and Agree: Review the information you’ve provided. Check the boxes to agree to the terms and conditions then click Enter to finish the process.
  • Completion: Congratulations Your DITO SIM card is now registered. You can start using your DITO customer services number and share your experience with others.
